DISTANCE CONTRACT
**1. General Terms**
**1.1** These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between you, hereinafter ("**Buyer**", "**You**"), and SIA "Wonderstore"

Hereinafter ("**Wonderstore**", "**we**"; collectively referred to as the "**Parties**" and individually as a "**Party**") in relation to your use of the Wonderstore website <https://wonderstore.lv> ("**Website**") for placing orders.
**1.2** By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Wonderstore Privacy Policy available here:
<https://wonderstore.lv/en/content/6-privacy-policy> ("**Privacy Policy**"), and agrees that these documents are binding on the Buyer.
**1.3** If any terms agreed between the Parties are interpreted as mutually contradictory, the Parties shall follow the following order of priority in interpreting and applying the terms: (i) Special Terms (if any); (ii) Privacy Policy; (iii) Terms and Conditions. For avoidance of doubt, terms listed first take precedence over terms listed later (e.g., Special Terms take precedence over the Terms and Conditions).
**1.4** The Terms and Conditions must not conflict with applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia. In case of necessity (e.g., disputes or missing information), they shall be supplemented by applicable laws.
**1.5** Purchases from Wonderstore are intended only for individuals aged 18 or older. If the Buyer has not reached 18 years of age or is a minor under the laws of the Buyer’s country of residence, the Buyer may not place an order under any circumstances. By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer confirms that they are at least 18 years old or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian (who is at least 18 years old and has accepted these Terms and Conditions on the Buyer’s behalf) to place the order.
**1.6** Wonderstore reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions and product prices to ensure business efficiency, competitiveness, further development, and product range updates. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the Website. If the Buyer placed an order before amendments take effect, the order is governed by the Terms and Conditions valid at the time of order placement, unless otherwise required by law or these Terms and Conditions.
**2. Placing Orders**
**2.1** The Buyer selects desired products, delivery method, and payment method. The Buyer confirms the order by completing all required selections and providing necessary information.
**2.2** Once you confirm the order and click the "Complete Purchase" button (the moment of order placement), the order is submitted to Wonderstore for processing and cannot be modified. Wonderstore processes the order only if the entire checkout process is completed without errors.
**2.3** If Wonderstore accepts the order, an invoice will be issued to the Buyer along with these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, sent to the Buyer’s email address ("**Email Address**").
**2.4** Orders placed on the Website are processed from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
**2.5** Before paying the invoice, the Buyer must verify that the information in the invoice matches their actual request.
**2.6** The Buyer pays the price specified in the invoice.
**2.7** After receiving payment, Wonderstore sends a confirmation to the Buyer’s email address and dispatches the goods according to the delivery method selected at checkout.
**3. Payments**
**3. Product Prices**
**3.1** Prices on the Website are listed in euros, excluding delivery costs. All prices include 21% VAT. Delivery costs, specified when selecting the delivery method, are added to the product price.
**3.2** Wonderstore reserves the right to adjust prices. If the Buyer successfully placed an order before price changes take effect, the price valid at the time of order confirmation applies.
**3.3** Detailed information on delivery methods and costs is provided in the "Delivery" section of these Terms and Conditions.
**4. Purchases**
**4.1** Product prices or availability may change continuously without prior notice. If the Buyer placed an order before such changes, the Terms and Conditions valid at the time of order placement apply.
**4.2** If order fulfillment is impossible, Wonderstore will contact the Buyer via email, and the paid amount will be refunded to the bank account used for payment.
Wonderstore strives for maximum accuracy. We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent product properties, including composition and colors. The color displayed depends on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee precise color rendering. Product dimensions on the Website are approximate for illustrative purposes and do not guarantee the exact size of the delivered product. Final dimensions may vary depending on materials used.
**5. Delivery**
**5.1** If the order and contact information are properly filled/submitted, an invoice is sent to the Buyer’s email address.
**5.2** Goods purchased in the Baltic States are delivered via Omniva, Venipack, Itellia, or DPD parcel lockers. Worldwide deliveries use DHL or other courier services.
**5.3** All purchased goods reach the selected parcel locker within 1-14 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are delivered on the following business days within 1-14 business days.
**5.4** Delivery fees for DPD and Omniva lockers are €5.00 (incl. VAT) for orders under €30. For orders €30 or above, delivery to DPD, Venipack, Itellia, and Omniva lockers is free. Courier delivery fees depend on the delivery zone.
**5.5** Wonderstore is responsible for purchased goods during transit. Risk of damage or loss transfers to the Buyer upon physical receipt by the Buyer or an authorized third party.
**6. Returns and Withdrawals**
**6.1** Consumers ("**Consumers**") have the right to withdraw from the contract without stating reasons within 14 days of receiving the goods (or, for multiple goods delivered separately, from receiving the last item) and receive a full refund.
**6.2** To exercise withdrawal rights, the Consumer may use the standard withdrawal form attached to these Terms and Conditions. The Consumer must return the goods to Wonderstore within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal. Consumers in the Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) may return goods via Omniva, Venipack, Itellia, or DPD. Returns outside the Baltic States must be self-funded.
**6.3** Wonderstore refunds the Consumer to the bank account used for payment within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. Wonderstore may withhold the refund until receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment.
**6.4** Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging. The Consumer is liable for any diminished value due to handling beyond necessary inspection.
**6.5** Original packaging must be opened carefully. The Consumer is not liable for damaged packaging only if it cannot be opened without damage. If the Consumer carelessly damages packaging that could have been opened undamaged, Wonderstore may claim compensation.
**6.6 Return Procedures for DPD, Venipack, Itellia, and Omniva**
**DPD**
6.6.1 For DPD deliveries: Repackage the item, attach the return label received via email, visit the nearest DPD Pickup locker, select "Send Parcel," then "Send Pre-Formed Parcel." Scan the barcode, select package size, place it in the locker, and confirm. The returned item will be processed within 2 business days, and the refund processed within 14 days. A €1.99 return fee applies.
**Omniva**
6.6.2 For Omniva deliveries: Use the return code received via email. Visit an Omniva locker, select "Send Parcel," enter the code, place the parcel in the designated compartment, and close. Processing follows the same timeline as DPD, with a €1.99 return fee.
**Other Delivery Methods**
6.6.3 For other couriers, contact <info@wonderstore.lv> for return instructions.
**6.7 Non-Consumer Buyers:** To return goods, complete the return form included with the goods, providing:
- Buyer’s name/title;
- Returned items;
- Order number.
If unavailable, contact <info@wonderstore.lv> or submit the information in free form.
**7. Personal Data Processing**
7.1 Wonderstore processes Buyer’s personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, as necessary for order fulfillment or legal requirements. Data may be shared with third parties (e.g., couriers) for delivery purposes.
7.2 Wonderstore processes data per the Privacy Policy:

**8. Warranty and Complaints**
**8.1** Wonderstore is liable for product defects for 2 years from delivery. For Consumers, defects discovered within 6 months are presumed to exist at delivery unless proven otherwise. The Buyer must notify defects within 2 months of discovery and no later than 2 years after delivery.
**8.2** Products obtained through Wonderstore contests or lotteries carry a 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated.
**8.3** Wonderstore is not liable for losses caused by Buyer’s incorrect information, including delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond Wonderstore’s control.
**8.4** Wonderstore is not liable for losses due to misuse or improper storage.
**8.5** Complaints must be submitted via email to <info@wonderstore.lv>, including Buyer’s name, contact details, defect description, and proof of purchase.
**8.6** Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
**8.7** Consumers may also submit complaints to:
- The Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission (<http://www.ptac.gov.lv>), Brīvības iela 55, Riga, LV-1010, or <pasts@ptac.gov.lv>;
- The EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform ([https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr](https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr)).
**8.8** Disputes are governed by Latvian law and resolved in Latvian courts.
**9. Remedies for Non-Conforming Goods**
**9.1** Consumers may request free repair or replacement.
**9.2** Consumers may withdraw from the contract if:
9.2.1 Repair or replacement is impossible;
9.2.2 Repair is unsuccessful;
9.2.3 Defects are not remedied within a reasonable time;
9.2.4 Repair or replacement causes significant inconvenience.
**9.3** Additional remedies include compensation, price reduction, or termination for delay.
**9.4** Wonderstore is not liable for defects caused by:
9.4.1 Improper use, negligence, or unauthorized repairs;
9.4.2 Overvoltage, water, fire, or other external factors.
**10. Liability Limitations**
**10.1** Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters where liability cannot be legally excluded.
**10.2** Wonderstore is not liable for indirect losses (e.g., lost profits, data loss, business interruption) unless caused by gross negligence, fraud, or death/injury.
**10.3** Liability for death, injury, or property damage due to defects is not excluded.
**10.4** Wonderstore is not liable for force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war).
**10.5** Obligations are suspended during force majeure.
**10.6** Total liability for any claim does not exceed the order’s total price.
**11. Intellectual Property**
**11.1** Wonderstore retains all rights to intellectual property on the Website. No ownership or licenses are transferred to the Buyer.
**11.2** Trademarks, logos, and trade names identifying Wonderstore remain its exclusive property.
**12. Miscellaneous**
12.1 The Buyer agrees not to disrupt the Website’s operation or use unauthorized tools. Wonderstore may block access for violations.
12.2 Unaddressed matters are governed by Latvian law. Consumers retain protections under mandatory laws.
